“I chose Caponga Beach due to the tropical weather and strategic situation; also for its touristic future, Rio hosting the Olympic Games and Brazil the World Cup are good incentives.

I chose to invest in land because in my opinion the ROI of land is higher than a building or property, more so when the surrounding area becomes more populated and developed (with basic infrastructure). Property also incurred a higher tax and the building and maintenance of property required additional money.
