"Istanbul appealed more than other European cities due to the booming buy to let market fuelled by the significant housing shortage and continually increasing population. The city has come a long way since the days when I first visited some 20 years ago. In my opinion all the ingredients are there for a successful property investment and so I have purchased not one but two apartments in the No1 Knightsbridge development, located in the up and coming district of Beylikduzu, on the European side of the city.
