In 2001 Ed swapped his home town of Edinburgh for the snowy peaks of La Plagne in the French Alps working as a chalet host and mastering the French language. After the ski season Ed travelled extensively throughout Western Europe before attending Newcastle University where he studied French and Spanish with an additional year abroad teaching English.
In 2006 Ed graduated from Newcastle with a BA Honours degree in French and Spanish and returned to the Alps as a Resort Manager for 3 popular resorts in the Portes du Soleil. Following this season he returned home to Edinburgh taking a position within a prestigious property company based in the city centre.
Eager to combine his passions for skiing, property and all things French, Ed relocated to London in 2007 becoming a property consultant for a specialist ski property company. He excelled in this role and progressed to manage the sales office in the French Alps.
Upon his return Ed decided to put his knowledge of other property markets to good use and joined the team at Experience International in 2009. A key member of the team, Ed is enjoying utilizing his specialist knowledge of the Alps and European property to provide his clients with a first class service.
