Charlotte Ashton

Charlotte has spent her entire career within the overseas property industry. After graduating from the University of Birmingham she put her Geography degree to good use and travelled extensively. Upon her return she joined the Atlas Group, working within the Marketing department for two leading Spanish property companies and was promoted to Advertising and Exhibitions Manager.

In 2005 she co-founded AB Property Marketing, a specialist PR agency dedicated to the overseas property industry representing developers, agents and ancillary services in numerous global markets. In 2009 Charlotte joined the team at Experience International to provide marketing expertise and consultancy and enjoys being part of such a dynamic, forward thinking and successful property company.


Favourite food: Ham and cucumber sandwiches, 28 years on and she’s still not bored with them!

Favourite drink: Argentinean Malbec

Favourite destinations: Hong Kong, New York, Sydney, Bolivia, Las Vegas, Rio de Janeiro

Interests: The most important things to Charlotte are people and places and she enjoys nothing more than exploring exciting new destinations from European cities to the salt flats of Bolivia or the hedonistic Las Vegas. In her free time Charlotte also enjoys Ballroom and Latin dancing, keeping fit and road running and is a keen astronomer.
