The Condo-Hotel Building is progressing well. Emphasis is now moving towards the 3rd floor and is scheduled to reach the 4th floor by the end of this month. Most of the water works and electrical embedments have been put in place and there has been significant progress with the majority of the plumbing works.

Construction is moving fast with the construction of the villas which are now 85% complete. Much of the roof work has been completed and some villas have already been tiled.
