Work on the superstructure is due to start anytime now.

The construction of the superstructure which will rise by one floor every four to six weeks is a
major step.

Work carried out to date for the main structure includes:

• Site Clearing and tree felling
• Fencing site and beach area
• Excavation for foundations
• Foundation formwork and concrete pouring
• Backfill of structure foundations
• Formwork for ground floor

Construction of the Pool villas is also continuing, with 2 Two bed and 2 Three bed villas well under way. Once completed these villas will be used as show homes and site office.
