Construction of the Pool villas is progressing well, with the Two bed and the Three bed villas almost completed. Nearly all the villas are up to roof construction level. The build progress and order continues to move at a good pace from the beach backwards

The superstructure for the development has now commenced building after deep drilling and excavation was done for the foundation. Construction of the Pool villas is also continuing, with 2 Two bed and 2 Three bed villas well under way. Once completed these villas will be used as show homes and site office.
