Good progress is now underway at the Blue Coral Resort & Spa. According to the latest report, construction of the 7th floor on the right wing and 6th floor on the left wing is now underway.

Construction continues to progress at an excellent rate at the Blue Coral Resort & Spa. According to the latest report, the villas are on track to be completed by the end of April and they are aiming to rent them out before the rest of the development is complete. The whole resort is due to be completed by the end of the year. More construction updates to follow soon!

The Condo-Hotel Building is progressing well. Emphasis is now moving towards the 3rd floor and is scheduled to reach the 4th floor by the end of this month. Most of the water works and electrical embedments have been put in place and there has been significant progress with the majority of the plumbing works. Construction is moving fast with the construction of the villas which are now 85% complete. Much of the roof work has been completed and some villas have already been tiled.

The Blue Coral development is progressing at a fast pace. The hotel structure is continuing to take shape as shown in the pictures included The villas are now all close to completion with rendering being worked on individually. The will be a show villa ready for inspection in the New Year which will give a true idea of the high spec finish all the buildings will have.

Nearly all the villas are up to internal work and are also having the rendering finished. The build progress and order continues to move at a good pace from the beach backwards.
