Mortgage and Bank Guarantees

On the stage payment mortgage you only pay the interest on the stage payments. Once the villa is complete then the mortgage will become interest and repayment. Your payments will be approx 10,000 euros per year on a 25 year term. Your villa will rent out for 1500 euros per week minus a 20% rental management fee.
