Structure
The structure of all properties will be built in reinforced concrete in accordance with the current rules to come into force in Morocco. (RPS 2000) The construction passes strict quality controls during all the process.

Roof
The balconies and solariums will be built with rustic paving stone for exteriors.

Facade
The facade will be made of two sheets which are made of brick, being the covering exterior made of cement and painted, with a combination of colours carefully selected.

Aluminum Frames
The aluminium frames will be made of white PVC with double window. The sitting-room and bedroom window will be done of roll blinds made in white laminate PVC.

Partition Wall
The property interior divisions will be made of taditional brick partition walls.

Inner Carpentry
Inner carpentry will be made in light woods with brassed handles. The wardrobes will be fitted matching with the house doors and kitchen stained-glass window.
