There are two options for purchasing a villa in the Golden Palm Tree Resort.

A1) Rental Back

• Must rent back for 15 years
• No Maintenance fees (deducted from revenue)
• No refurbishment cost (deducted from revenue)
• Fully Furnish
• 14 Nights free stay

A2) Owner Occupation

• Restriction on renovation
• Must pay maintenance fees
• Maintenance must be by hotel manager
• Must contribute to a Sinking Fund for maintenance

Reservation fee is £2000 and there are several staged payments throughout the life of the build.
