Construction at the Maraqia Resort continues and is on track for completion. The beautiful gardens and outside area of the resort is really starting to take shape with the majority of work now being done inside the apartments. More construction updates to follow.

The Maraqia development, one of our most successful projects in Egypt is nearing closer to completion, most of the buildings have been painted and significant progress has been made with the landscape gardens! More construction updates to follow soon.

Construction at the Maraqia development continues ahead at an extremely good rate. The latest pictures from the developers show that many of the gardens have been planted and most of the fixtures and fittings including air ventillation and windows have been installed. Most of the exterior painting work has been completed. More construction updates to follow soon!

Construction at the Maraquia development is progressing at an excellent rate. Rendering has already been completed on the externals of several of the buildings as they now move to working on the internals of the various apartments.
