Our developer partner has informed us that both phase 1 and 2 are now finished, with phase 3 now under construction.

The first row of buildings in phase 3 is now up and as far as brick stage and the foundations are well underway for the second row.  Work continues on the hotel to the back of the plot to join up the already finished parts at either end.  Additional soft landscaping has been added outside Palm trees have also been planted along the road.
