The View is a new 180 room hotel and residential development located in the Nabq Bay area of Sharm el Sheikh. Key features include:
• Studio, one, two and three bedroom apartmentsA selection of studio, one, two and three bedroom high specification apartments are available with air conditioning included. Fitted kitchens and furniture packages will be available to purchase. The resort will be constructed on 50,000 sq m of land with beautifully landscaped gardens, artificial lakes and four swimming pools. A new 18 hole golf course is also under construction close to the hotel.
These Sharm el Shiekh apartments will be completed in August 2011 and facilities will include a spa and health club, children’s playground, 24 hour security, available transportation and access to the hotel facilities.
With stunning views of the surrounding area, the resort is located five minutes from the welcoming sandy beaches of Nabq Bay and 20 minutes from the vibrant area of Naama Bay with its famous restaurants, bars and bustling nightlife. Direct flights operate to Sharm el Sheikh international airport from all major UK and European destinations. Regular services are operated by British Airways, Easy Jet, Air France, Alitalia, BMI Eurofly, KLM, Lufthansa, Jet 2, Swiss, Egypt Air, Royal Jordanian, Thomson and other chartered and scheduled airlines.
Sharm el Shiekh is sunny all year round! Egypt is situated in a sub-tropical region with a dry climate, hot summers and mild winters. Winter begins in November and starts to taper off by March with warmer days, but cooler nights. Temperatures rarely fall below 40F or exceed 75F. Summer begins in April / May with low humidity and temperatures in the 70sF. From June through September temperatures in the high 80s to low 100sF can be expected.

A reservation fee of 30,000 EGP (c £3,250, €3,795 or $5,367 USD)* to secure the unit. This is non-refundable. The balance to be paid in installments as follows:
• A deposit of 40% of the unit value payable within four weeks of signing contract
• First installment after 4 months equivalent to 15% of the value
• Second installment after 8 months equivalent to 15% of the value
• Third installment after 12 months equivalent to 15% of the value
• Fourth installment after 16 months equivalent to 10% of the value
• Final installment on completion equivalent to 5% of the value
An annual charge of 65 EGP per sq metre which covers maintenance and service charges including all communal areas, swimming pools, satellit and dishes, garbage collection and on-going maintenance of utilities. The service fee will be reviewed anually.
