These will be available on a strictly first come basis.

• £2000 reservation fee to secure your chosen apartment
• 40% deposit (minus reservation fee) paid upon signing of the purchase contract – no later than 4 weeks after reservation.
• 20% payment on completion
• 40% final payment (or balance of purchase) paid over 5 years in quarterly installments
• No rental guarantee and no restriction on usage
• Furniture pack included

Payment Option 2 - 20% Discounted Payment

• £2000 initial reservation fee to secure your chosen apartment
• 70% deposit (minus reservation fee) paid upon signing of the purchase contract no later than 6 weeks after reservation
• 30% final payment (or balance of purchase) paid 30 weeks after reservation
• No rental guarantee and no restriction on usage
• Furniture pack included in price.

Payment Option 3 – 25% Discount Payment

• £2000 initial reservation fee to secure your chosen apartment
• 20% deposit (minus reservation fee) paid upon signing of the purchase contract no later than 4 weeks after reservation
• 80% final payment (or balance of purchase) paid 8 weeks after reservation
• No rental guarantee and no restriction on usage

Payment Option 4 – The Rental Guarantee

Oasis Marina is set to become ever increasingly profitable with the final 40% payment discounted by the rental guarantee.  The innovative rental guarantee option is summarised below

• £2000 initial reservation fee to secure your chosen apartment
• 40% deposit (minus reservation fee) paid upon signing of the purchase contract no later than 8 weeks after reservation
• 20% second payment upon completion
• 40% final payment for unit discounted by rental guarantee

• 12 weeks free personal usage

• After the five year rental guarantee term has expired a management company will be in place to continue renting the apartments
