- 30% deposit on signing contract

- 70% to be paid quarterly over 33 months (3 year payment plan)

Maintenance and service charges

An annual charge of 2.5% of the purchase price, which will be reviewed annually, or as an alternative 10% of the purchase price to be paid / deposited in a bank account.

The maintenance and service charges include 24 hour security, all communal areas, gardening and landscaping, swimming pools, garbage collection, satellite and dishes and on-going maintenance of utilities. The costs for these services will be covered by the interest rate of the deposit. If the property is sold, the purchaser will buy the deposit as part of the value of the property.
