Purchasing a Luxury Caribbean Residence in Grenada is a 10 year investment with a
predefined exit solution.

You purchase below market value building in security from day 1; you earn 10% pa on your
investment prior to completion of the property and then you earn income throughout the period.

At the end of year 10 the property is sold by Bacelot Bay at the prevailing value and the
proceeds split equally between the owners.

This is not optional as the developer is confident of the resale market for the villas on
Bacelot Bay upon completion and beyond.
