Swimming and Snorkelling

There are shallow reefs around the islands which are perfect for snorkelling. The beaches on the Caribbean are unspoiled, rich in beauty and some are particularly ideal for swimming and snorkelling. The water is extremely crystal clear and makes perfect visibility for snorkelling. There are certain spots right near the shore that offer excellent snorkelling opportunities where you can see schools of different types of fish.

Golf

Barbados benefits from year round sunny weather making it a haven for golf lovers. There are excellent golf facilities in Barbados and there are several golf tournaments throughout the year which attracts participants from around the globe.

Sunset Cruises

Fishing

Sport fishing is extremely popular in Barbados. Charter a boat for a full or half day and have lunch pre-organized. All can be taken care of for you so you just sit back and enjoy fishing in the waters of the Caribbean. A full day trip will take you into deep water where there’s the chance of catching Barracuda, Tuna, Wahoo, Dolphin and Marlin and more. Whatever type of sports fishing you are after, deep blue water fishing or shoreline fishing, there are endless opportunities in Barbados.

Swim with the turtles

There are two types of turtles that are home to Barbados, the Hawksbill and Leatherback turtles. In some areas it is possible to swim with the turtles, and watch them feed from the coral.

Beaches
