Dunas Beach Resort – Building Specification

Roofs – Arab tile and first quality stoneware tiles to solarium areas. 6mm waterproof membrane.

Facades – 12mm of rough and fine finish sand and cement based render. Natural stone finish to some areas.

Internal Wall and Ceiling Finish – Most areas finished in smooth finish gypsum type plaster. False moulding of plaster in corridor and in rooms where pre-installation of air-conditioning is necessary. Kitchen splash-backs in polished first quality ceramics. Bathroom in polished marble type tile or similar.

Flooring – Internal areas finished with first quality marble type ceramic (porcelainosa or similar). External terrace areas and walkways in first quality stoneware tiles.

Bathroom Fittings – Fittings of vitrified porcelain. Mixer taps. Marble vanity surface where specified.

Kitchen – Wall and base furniture. Glass ceramic hob. Electric oven. Extractor hood. Combi fridge-freezer. Granite work surfaces.

3rd deposit: 25% deposit within 10 months of 1st deposit due

4th deposit: 25% (minus the reservation fee) deposit within 16 months of 1st deposit due

Payment option 2

Reservation fee: apartments - €6,000 (£4,000), villas - €12,000 (£8,000)

1st deposit: 20% within 15 days from receipt of contract

2nd deposit: 20% within 6 months of 1st deposit due

3rd deposit: 20% within 12 months of 1st deposit due

Final balance: 40% (minus the reservation fee) payable on completion

Payment option 3

Reservation fee: apartments - €6,000 or the sterling equivalent, villas - €12,000 or the sterling equivalent

1st deposit: 20% within 15 days from receipt of contract

2nd deposit: 20% within 6 months of 1st deposit due

3rd deposit: 20% within 12 months of 1st deposit due

4th deposit: 20% within 18 months of 1st deposit due

Final balance: written off as a discount (equivalent to 15% minus the reservation fee)


* Clients will receive free legal services, air conditioning, a quality furniture pack along with the final payment written off (i.e. 15% less reservation fee paid).

 


Payment option 4

Reservation fee: apartments - €6,000 or the sterling equivalent, villas - €12,000 or the sterling equivalent

1st deposit: 30% within 15 days from receipt of contract

Final balance: 70% (minus the reservation fee) payable on completion
