Procedure for takeover?

1. Three months before completion a letter will be sent to clients confirming the actual takeover date.

2. The letter also describes the date for the last inspection which is circa one month before takeover. The last inspection will be done by the developer if the client can not make it.

3. Fourteen days after last inspection the last payment and register cost is due.

4. On the official takeover the keys will be handed over if all the payments are completed.
