Minimum Returns

This investment is underwritten via our current Brazilian developer finance book. This is a separate income stream into Tambaba Country Club Resort, by having sold over 250 plots to date on 10 year finance terms to Brazilian buyers. These buyers are paying interest at Brazilian levels (8.4% annually at present and at 20.4% interest rates annually when the resort opens in 2013).
Investor returns are legally protected by a purchase and sales contract both in the UK and ratified in Brazil and registered with the notary.
