3 Become a developer in Brazil - buy a block, build on and sell villas

An option favoured by most of our developer-investors is to purchase blocks
with the intention of building them out over the next few years.

Each block of 14 or 16 villa plots can be simply built as designed in the current plans
or re-designed into townhouses, low level apartments, detached or semidetached
