A StorePod is an individual storage unit in a Self Storage Centre allowing both individuals and businesses to manage belongings, equipment and stock in a secure and safe facility with 24- hour access 7-days a week.

Investors have the opportunity to purchase StorePods within a newly completed Self-Storage Centre in Lancashire.

StorePod facilities are located on vibrant office and commercial business parks, within easy access to motorway links and within short driving distance of major conurbations. The sites have maximum vision to large traffic flow from either motorways or large main roads and are located in highly populated areas.

The self storage investment package of ￡11,250 is based on purchasing a 25sq.ft and 50 sq.ft StorePod pre-let prior to completion and income producing from day one.

Investors purchase StorePod’s on a 250 year lease, they enter into a 6 year agreement to sub-let their StorePod’s to the Management Company who will then let the units, under licence, to end users.

Each StorePod is ready and benefits from being pre-tenanted once you complete on the purchase.

Our StorePod’s are rented at ￡8.17 per Sq.ft and are 43.66% below those our nearest competitors.
